Embark on a transformative 5-week journey with InterACT, UMBC’s signature dialogue program designed to cultivate inclusive leaders and engaged community members. Through four interactive sessions, you’ll join a small group of up to 15 peers, meeting weekly across various campus locations, to:
- Develop Essential Dialogue Skills: Enhance your abilities in critical self-awareness, empathetic listening, authentic sharing, and adaptive communication.
- Foster Deep Connections: Engage in meaningful conversations that bridge diverse perspectives and experiences.
- Strengthen Community Bonds: Contribute to making UMBC a place where everyone feels a genuine sense of belonging.
Participants who attend at least four of the five sessions will not only gain invaluable skills but also receive exclusive i3b swag, including a free t-shirt.
